Please find my ORAL SUBMISSIONS for the hearing of my Appeal Case in CACV41 of 2010 to be heard before the Court of Appeal on 11.3.2011 at 10.30 am.  The Registrar of the Court of Appeal wrote to me most recently inquiring if I agree to have Murphy JA, Hall J and Newnes JA to hear this appeal.  I wrote back to her to object to Newnes JA hearing my appeal on the ground of conflict of interests.  Please Google my blogspot using NICHOLASNCHIN to see this letter for which I had written a few comments regarding my objection. 

You will note that this oral submissions is emphasizing the reality of the Conspiratorial Links that was established by the Members of the Pseudo Board emanating from the former Presidents of the Law Society of WA and exerting their pressure upon Pullin JA, Newnes JA, Registrar David Powell, Master Sanderson, Heenan J and Kenneth Martin J.
