Dear Sir
I refer to the above matter as a result of having heard from Mr. Maurice Frederick Law today to the effect that No. 86 Grosvenor Street, Mount Lawley in the Town of Vincent currently under Register Number 228/DP32583 and held under Volume 1696 and Folio 880 has been sold and transfered on 22.3.2010 without my knowledge.   

I am also told by the said Mr. Law that the Hazelmere Property with Register Number 126/P4533 in Volume 2048 and Folio 795 has also been sold without my knowledge on 12.10.2010.  

I would therefore like to complain to you as follows:   
1) I have at all material times been in contact with Ms. Brooke Germon of Complex Dealings Department and have always informed her of the current developments of my caveatable interests in the above two properties.  
2) I have been assured by her that although my caveat J614059 is under a Registrar's Packet pending the decision of a Court of Appeal Judge decision in CIV 1877 of 2010 to rectify the technical slip of the Court of Appeal decision in CACV 107 of 2008 at paragraphs 54 and 55 of that judgment.  
3) Detailed information of this matter is accessible at my blogspot by Googling nichoalsnchin with search words for CIV 1131 of 2006 and CIV1877 of 2010, Registrar Powell, David Taylor. . 
4) I have made a telephone inquiry with your Mr. Rodrigues today and was informed by him that my Caveat J614049 has been removed and that there is no Registrar's Packet under my name contrary to the information I have been receiving from Ms. Brooke Germon in the past.  
5) I have served copies of my documents in CIV 1877 of 2010 filed with the Supreme Court of Western Australia on Landgate at the time when they were so filed.  I have also served copies of my Appeal in CACV 107 of 2008 and my Special Leave to Appeal to the High Court in P36 of 2009.  
6) I am at the moment in Sydney with my family here and shall return to Perth by Mid-February, 2011.  By then I shall be in touch with you again and shall update you with facsimile documents pertaining to my case.  
7) At the moment I have recieved information  Senior Constable Simon Williams of the WA Police that the Fraud Squad is investigating into the falsification of court records by Solicitor David Taylor in CIV 1131 of 2006 resulting in his denial of my caveatable interests arising from my solicitors works in CIV 1142 of 2005 performed by me as the former solicitor of the late Nancy Cloonan Hall.  Mr. Anthony Prime as the solicitor for Audrey Frances Hall is in the know of all these proceedings and investigation and he should not have misled you with regard to my caveatable interests in the estate of the late Nancy Cloonan Hall.  
8) Solicitor Anthony Prime had recently caused the taxation of the bill of costs in CIV1775 of 2008 and CACV 107 of 2008 to be taxed by Registrar Powell.  
9) My objections to those taxation proceedings has resulted in Registrar Powell's  refusal to sign the  Allocaturs for those two void costs orders delivered by Master Sanderson and by the Court of Appeal in CACV107 of 2008.  This is despite the High Court having dismissed my Special Leave Application in P36 of 2009 which implies that the issue of my solicitor's work for Nancy Hall having  caused the Spunter's Caveat to be removed in CIv 1142 of 2005 and it should be a live issue for further proceedings which I have instituted in CIV 1877 of 2010.  
10) Registrar Powell's cover up for David Taylor dated 11.6.2009 as contained in my Yellow Book in CACV 107 of 2008 had caused the technical slip of the Court of Appeal in paragraphs 54 and 55 and this technical slip is currently being sought by me to be rectified in accordance with s.33 of the Supreme Court Act, 1935.  The Court of Appeal had relied on Registrar's Powell letter.  Registrar Powell is now admitting those facts and this is contained in the transcript of the taxation proceedings dated 17.12.2010 which is accessible at my blogspot. This CIV 1877 of 2010 is done by me at the request of the Court of Appeal Registrar.  
11) My original stake in my caveatable interests in both the Hazelmere and the Mt Lawyley Properties of the late Nancy Cloonan Hall before my appeal in CACV107 of 2008 was quantified at $20k by Pullins JA.  That appeal had escalated my legal costs to $70,000.00.  The Appeal to the High Court has taken another $20k.  My CIV 1877 of 2010 proceedings is expected to cost the estate of the late Nancy Cloonan Hall the estimated sum of another $20k.  My total Caveatable interests would therefore be estimated to be in the region of $110k plus interests. 
In view of the above, I am therefore holding the Registrar of Titles of WA responsible for the loss of my caveatable interests in the estate of the late Nancy Cloonan Hall of which I have been giving due notice through the Complex Dealings Department of Landgate of Western Australia.
