PRESIDENT STEYTLER CONSENT JUDGMENT IN CACV 43 OF 2010 DOES NOT PERMIT THE PSEUDO BOARD TO CONTINUE TO HARASS THE APPELLANT ANYMORE... why do we need a consent judgment if we want to ignore it?
The Pseudo Board consists of a few friends coming together to do their friends some service and as a result the public interest is being undermined. The public is being hoodwinked as a result. Our legal system cannot exist without morality. Law is impossible without justice. Morality and Law are inter-twined, one cannot exist if the other does not exist. Judges and lawyers must remain neutral in so far as the the principle of common law and statute law are concerned. But lawyers and judges must not remain neutral and must favour the party who is being wronged by the wrong-doers. This is a universal principle of law, we as an enlightened nation must obey, otherwise Australia will become the laughing stock of the world.
