Dear Sirs

I sent for filing and for service the Third Submission of the First and Second Defendant with the Associate to Justice Simmondst before the scheduled time of hearing of the above case today at 2.30 pm today the 12.8.2011.  At the time when I wanted to send that document this morning, my internet with Celcom in Malaysia suddenly went beserk.  I contacted Celcom by phone and spoke to a lady called Esah and she was not able to help me to diagnose the problem.  I then went over to a telephone shop and used the computer of that shop to send my attachment of that document.  You may find a copy of this email at my blogspot sent from that shop as indicated in this link: http://nicholasnchin.blogspot.com/2011/08/third-submission-was-sent-before-230-pm.html.  It is possible that I had not attached the intended document correctly. 

At about 4.35 pm today, I looked at my sent box to check but I could not find the intended attached document in the email that I sent this morning as indicated above.  So I became worried and called up the Associate but she was not there.  I was able to speak to one Alan Ash of the Supreme Court  and I left him a copy by sending it to his email instead in order to ensure that Justice Simmonds do receive my Third Submission. I apologized for the inconvenience to all parties concerned for my my remissness in not fitting into the scheduled time.
