I regret to state that the decision with my comments bears witness to the fact that I suffer a travesty of justice as a result of my Application for Leave to Appeal to the High Court in P50 of 2010.   I would therefore appreciate that the High Court of Australia do provide me with the necessary directions as to how I could remedy this injustice.
