Dear Ms. Loskoska:
I am in a state of shock of trauma upon apprehending that the Pseudo Board is still hounding me today at the Legal Practice Board when two unauthorized persons without identifying themselves and pretending that they are legal counsel signed the Facsimile Letter that was sent to me dated the 9th of March, 2011 and copied to the Court of Appeal Registrar.
That facsimile Letter is saying that to the knowledge of the writers that none of the judges fixed by the Court of Appeal Registrar namely Newnes JA, Murphy JA and Hall J under circumstances when I have already objected to Newnes JA to hear my case.
Having regard to the fact that the real Legal Practice Board has already decided and has given in writing to the Court of Appeal that it is not participating in this appeal, the Pseudo Board is now re-appearing and want to claim a right to determine which judges are going to decide my case. In these circumstance, there remains no longer any doubt in my mind that the Pseudo Board is up and about and is ready and may have already fixed my case despite my having objected to Newnes JA to hear my case on the ground of public interests and conflict of interests.
Please find the attached letter explaining this matter further.

Ms. Miranda Breisch is the lawyer for the Legal Practice Board who secretely contacted Heenan J and caused an abrupt about turn of the proceedings in CIV 1019 of 2010. The CACV 41 of 2010 is my appeal against that decision of Heenan J. On the 9.3.2011, two persons without identifying themselves wrote that facsimile letter to me in Ms. Breisch's name to say that those panel of judges are not in conflict of interests to their knowledge. Who are these two persons? The purported to be legal counsel for the Legal Practice Board. Lawyers are officers of the court and they must be transparent. They cannot be hiding behind Ms. Breisch who is in conflict of interests and should not be dealing with this appeal. Further, the Legal Practice Board is not participating in this appeal and how can they object unless their intention is to fix the judges.
